Tyrese Haliburton on Mikal Bridges now playing for Tom Thibodeau: “Mikal Bridges has missed like no games… We’re testing the human ability here, because we’re getting— Mikal Bridges don’t miss any games, and Thibs almost play him 48 minutes, so who’s gonna win”

Sounds like someone’s scared of the Nova Knicks.

So many NBA players are just shitposters with a platform.

  3. thaitiger29

knicks fans about to screech at you about freak elbow injuries hali

  4. Sparrow_Wilson

With the amount of depth we have I don’t think anyone will actually play huge minutes next season tbh

  5. Revenesis

Okay but where is Ja so I can make sense of all this

When an unstoppable force meets an immovable object.

Haliburton a shitposter just like us. Just $260 million richer

  8. Commercial-Raise-413

Hali lowkey is also pretty injury prone, he’s throwing stones from glass houses

  9. torkahn808

If they keep OG, there will be no need for Bridges to play that many minutes with Divincenzo and Hart backing them up

  10. CodyCryBabies69

Hali would retire if he had to play for Thibs lmao

  11. SupremeActives

OG got hurt for playing too many minutes lol. Idk why that line irked me more than anything. That fucking pleb didn’t watch a minute of basketball last season

  12. DuckDucks

Before Jan 8 (when Hali got hurt), he was playing 34mpg. The only Knicks to play more minutes in that same span are Brunson (35.9mpg), Randle (35.6mpg), and OG (34.5mpg in 4 games). Everyone else was under 30. But yeah Thibs was running them into the ground and that’s why Tyrese got hurt during the season and conference finals

Didn’t he just steal the “testing the human ability” line from a tweet

  14. Haha…I was going to post something very similar. I was going to make a prediction that bridges misses a game for the 1st time while under thibs

  15. This is the correct take really. We are about to test the real durability of Bridges.

  16. mryessirskiii

Knicks fans getting in their feels every time Hali breathes gotta be the funniest (and saddest) shit I’ve seen on here lmao. All they talk about is grit then get butthurt when someone makes a harmless joke

  17. bartspoon

Lmao the Knicks fans in here are absolutely triggered

  18. ILoveSunnyLeone

No winners, just Bridges’ ACL will be the loser.

  19. inshamblesx

Hali is right. Mikal’s body is going to disintegrate with Thibs goofy rotations

  20. OstrichDelicious587

Daily reminder that no Knick averaged more than 35.5 mins per game on the season.

  21. Zealousideal-Leek666

And again in the final game of the playoffs, thibs players are going to underperform. The big story will be thibs runs his players into the ground because no one will admit the tank is never bottomless.

  22. I remember when playing 82 games was considered normal and expected.

  23. DeeboDongus

Thibs gonna be the first coach in history to have 6 players average 48 mins a game

  24. AutisticFingerBang

Just friendly reminder that the Knicks had 0 players in the top 10 of avg minutes per game this season. Hart and Brunson cover this in their podcast literally while interviewing thibs. It’s hilarious. Josh hart is an absolute mad man and teaches peloton classes after games, in the playoffs we were so hurt that yea we ran that man down and he wanted it. Other than that it’s complete blasphemy.

  25. Goldzinger

so is it Thibs’ fault that Tyrese Haliburton has a bum leg too?
