[Standig] 2029. That’s the Wizards’ target date. That’s why they traded Deni ( contract ends in ’28). That’s when the kids drafted last night will be ages 24-25. That’s when the ’25 and ’26 picks will have some seasoning.

I been sayin 2028 at the earliest for months now. Glad to see that indeed seems to be the thinking. Makes sense to me. So buckle up for 4 more seasons of bad basketball while our young guys figure things out. I’m so excited. I love basketball!

Expect most of the vets on the roster to be flipped by mid season for future assets. Maybe they keep Poole since he’s the hardest to move and Gill since he’s the locker room guy.
