but uh um what what was going through your mind when you when you hear your name and it’s a dream come true everything that I thought of Kay k life um flashbacks from when I was young just you know dreaming to be in this position you know walking across that stage in my mind you know he in my name Rec called in all states today it it all came through so it was just God giv us to be here as Junior and the senior yes sir uh how did playing there help your development and lead you to being here it helped me a lot um that that program at luhigh was probably the best decision I made to go there for my two years um I took College ready program to get kids to get ready for college and you know I’m forever grateful for Coach buck and Coach Josh give me opportunity to play there um you know their practices are like college practices so I was prepared to go into that you know just having the competitive mindset um helped me a lot with uh def you know you’re known as a great defender so is that you know inherent in you or did Bennett put that into you or what did you think I think it was coach Bennett um I was really know as a good Defender coming out of high school and then once I got to UVA um and have my grow spread I just you know I think I got some god-given talents you know coach Bennett you know drill that defensive mindset into me you know I was able just to you know take it off Virginia uh what do you think about going to Phoenix I’m excited I’m excited um great program you know they they want to go WI a championship and they got great players to do it so um you know I’m excited to get down there go to work and see what I got to do to be there your uh your your three-point numbers you didn’t take a lot but they were down but you were good at luhigh at shooting the threes so you think you can improve that in the pros yeah I think I can it’s just getting a lot of reps um and in practice you like that and just getting ready just get the confidence Just Let It Go um so that’s what I’m to try to do now Phoenix just being in the gym of lot is you know what I got to do as a team are you lifelong resident of Freeport I am born and race okay and how do you feel about you and your brother both first round picks different sports it’s crazy cuz he he’s lives in Arizona as well so we’re both going to be in the same state again um living together so it’s going to be good but you know being from New York you know representing um not only as as two athletes but as brothers and in both different supports it’s it’s amazing and I’m grateful where is he now since his shoulder surgery he’s in actually in Arizona that’s where he’s staying so um he’s weab it on that so he’s not with a team right now not right now but he’s going to start thr for team soon okay great I’m good all good thank you thanks very much thank you
