Gilbert Arenas is PISSED about the recent Monty Williams Detroit Pistons head coach firing. They are still paying him $65 million to stay and sit at home. Then they complain about the luxury tax and not being able to afford anything. He can’t believe that they would rather pay coaches to not be there than just stick with it and get better players. The Milwaukee Bucks have the same coaching issues with 3 different coaches on payroll, Doc Rivers, Adrian Griffin, and Budenholzer.

    It might work after 3 yrs facing a team that would be able to switch philosophies . Maybe the benches in the NBA would be better

    It took forever/6+ decades for Black coach consideration-
    All the white coaches, AD's, GM's, in college hoops, college football, as well as Professional Baseball, Basketball, Football-

    ZERO complaints for them then-

    ZERO complaints now, trust when "owners" make coaching changes, it's because they have an abundance of money-

    Stop speaking on Bruthas contracts/bag….nobody flinched on George Karl, or Jeff Fischer's contracts-

    White coaches have been on a recycling carousel since the beginning of time, in all major sports-

    NO YOURE NOT RIGHT THO, you sound dumb AF particularly when there is less than 2% of Black "OWNERS" in all four professional sports??

    FOH, coaches aint making sht relatively speaking especially the Black ones, but Steve Nash, Jj Redick can just get a high profile job zero experience, the only time they hire Black coaches is when teams are in a rebuilding scenario, they're the first to get fired even with winning records-

    2 Black Gm's out of 30 teams, zero Black "OWNERS"

    SIDENOTE: coach Monty Williams lost his family in a car accident, he took Phoenix to the Championship, did amazing work in New Orleans-

    He's about to sit at home 65 Million trying to put his life back together without his wife, kid, etc…..

    I was a Baltimore bullets fan then a Washington wizards fan. After the Gilbert timeline I just don’t care anymore I don’t watch or go to games. Spoiled entitled turds. The nba sucks.

    Bruh the money spent on Monty doesn’t affect the cap. Mfers just be talking to talk. All that money Monty is owed comes right out of our rich billionaire owners pocket who ultimately was the one to fire Monty knowing he has to pay that money. Mind yall business. Talking just to talk.
