:'( It’s always hard to see homies go. He’s going to be an amazing coach in the near future

No surprise here. Da Silva makes him expendable and we get $11m freed up.

  3. Wouldnt mind bringing him back as the 13th man after FA is all said and done.

Ofc I wouldnt pay him more than the vet minimum, but yeah he is a great mentor type guy to keep on the vibes squad.

  4. CallMeKerm

Wouldn’t be surprised to see him back on much much smaller deal.

Gonna miss the MoJoe connection, but this was always in the cards.

This is a good sign, as much as we like Joe. It means the FO is looking to free up space to pay someone else!

Joe could come back on a smaller salary. He probably will because he likes this city and team. And there probably won’t be many teams trying to give him more money

We need someone to playmake for moe… and actually be solid from the jump. Those two were effective together

Left out the part saying they plan to discuss a lesser deal when FA agency starts, think he comes back

This doesn’t mean hes leaving, should’ve included the second part of the tweet. I expect him to stay tbh

Probably did this to free up money, see what they can acquire in FA while Joe patiently waits and gets whatever money left over to come back to be an end of the bench veteran.
