It was a noble try on a developmental prospect with high upside. His confidence never really grew, and he arguably regressed, too.
I’m not sure he’ll make an NBA team this season. Hopefully, he can go to Europe and get some confidence back.

This isn’t surprising to anyone. Chuma was a low risk/high reward pick. Unfortunately he wasn’t even close to what he was in college after that injury. Good luck to him but he has no place with this team.
