Charlotte Hornets Trade For Josh Green My Thoughts!!
yo what’s going on guys this Houston Sports Talk Back another video day and today the Charlotte Hornets are trading for Dallas Mavericks guard Josh Green Josh Green is headed or most likely headed to Charlotte as a sign and traded which is not officially done between the Golden State Warriors Dallas Mavericks and Charlotte Hornets uh this is where Klay Thompson signs a three-year $50 million deal with the Dallas Mavericks and we see Klay Thompson go to Dallas uh on that three three you know threeyear $50 million deal uh Dallas also gets two second round picks from the Charlotte Hornets as Josh Green goes to Charlotte but it’s not known what golden state gets in that signning trade so that kind of makes the Klay Thompson signing not official yet so um I’m really interested to see what golden states in the trade and see what the final details of that trade is but Josh Green Josh Green is going to Charlotte I like this Edition for Charlotte you jump in this sign in trade and you get Josh Green who’s a really solid player and yeah right now all you have to give up is a second round pick I think that could turn into something more because Golden State could have interest in a in a charlot Hornets player we don’t know so Charlotte might have to give up a potential player that would be going to Golden State who knows uh but 57 games with 33 starts for Dallas last year at 26 minutes per game shot 48% from the floor 39% from the three on over three attempts per game he average 8.2 points per game 3.2 rebounds per game 2.3 assists per game he’s very good good defensively average one steal per game for Dallas uh but in the playoffs he was amazing uh amazing in the playoffs 22 games 18.1 minutes per game from the floor he shot 42 and a half% from three he shot 39% he averaged five points per game three rebounds per game one assist per game and one steel per game and uh look I know those that’s he didn’t score a lot but you know in the NBA Finals he was really solid and that last game I think he was he he went over double digits he was he was very solid in the playoffs obviously um you know his numbers went down from the regular season but he did a lot of good things for the Dallas Mavericks and also was you know I believe his his minutes went down also quite a bit uh he averaged 8.2 points per game on 26 minutes per game and then um average five points per game on a Dallas Mavericks team where you know Luca and Kyrie are doing everything on 18 minutes per game so the minutes per game went down by eight and uh he did a solid job in the postseason I think him being only a four year a fourth year guy him going in his fourth year now and still being so young uh he’s 23 years old we you know we’ll turn 24 you know at the start of next year’s season in November I think he’s someone who is going to be a very solid player and hopefully he’ll develop right in Charlotte let me know your thoughts on the trade in the comment section and peace out
