If any philly fans out there want to save this and roast me later if I’m wrong, have at it, but right now I think in a few months they’re going to be calling Paul George their new Tobias Harris.
This move just has tremendous 2010s New York Knicks vibes in the worst way possible (and I love it)

make fun of them but they got the 1 guy left that they could get with all that space – outside of exploring trades for someone like Butler (which would have cost them picks).
PG is a very good player and makes them better. health/choking can certainly be pointed at. but when it looked like PG was going somewhere else, i thought they would have been a laughing stock for missing out on any big name with all that cap space.
