Damn, we’re lucky. I feel like Tillman has become insanely underrated all of a sudden. This guy is a legit starting level center in my eyes. He is a great defender and improved every year, and only 25.

Definitely surprised to have him back on the minimum. I think the market didn’t really come together on him, there were only so many teams in the market to spend at all and they sort of coalesced around the same handful of guys. I really thought he would get a raise this year, and we would use his bigger salary for matching in potential trades. However, with the tax hits as big as they are, probably not an option.
I love that we have full bird rights on every single person on the roster now (assuming Brissett and Svi are really gone), and basically everything is figured out already. Trades are going to be extremely difficult this year, but we also have no holes, so it should be okay. We’re literally at least 3 deep with guys I’d be thrilled to give minutes to at all 5 positions.

With Porzingis out 6 months and Al approaching 40, it was low key very important of Brad to retain the Tillman/Kornet/Queta trio. Those 3 are going to compose our center rotation a lot of games next year and I have faith in them to hold it down
