yo what’s going on guys this Houston Sports Talk Back in another video today and today we’re going to be talking about the Los Angeles Clippers potentially signing miles Bridges Charlotte Hornet’s unrestricted free agent it’s been reported by Hoops hype and Bleacher Report that the Clippers are interested in signing miles Bridges and it was reported by Hoops hype that the Clippers are potentially thinking about having to send Terren man Norman pal or both to Charlotte in a sign and trade so look I think that’d be very interesting I think it’d be a very dumb move for the Clippers to get rid of Norman pal and not only Norman pal but Terrence man for Miles Bridges I I think Miles Bridges is a solid player but at the same time I don’t I don’t see why you give up uh your top scorer Off the Bench and someone who’s going to have a huge role next season uh and you’re going to need to score more with Paul George gone I don’t understand why you’d want him gone even if it’s for someone like miles Bridges and then Terence man uh if it was just Terence man you know it’s going to be a tough loss for them but I think they’ll be able to get through it but teren man is such a big big part of that team defensively um and and shooting shooting the ball he’s such a great three-point shooter he’s such a great defender I I can’t see uh the LA being willing to let go of both of those guys for Miles Bridges and I i’ I you know I have a cousin who is a Clippers fan he says and I I’ve seen other a lot of other people say it on social media miles bridg has averaged 21 points per game with six rebounds per game he that’s that he he’ll be better than Norman pal well the the thing I I think the way I think about it is Miles bridg has averaged 21 points per game and six rebounds per game on a Charlotte Hornets team that was injured no lamelo ball lamelo ball was injured uh late also remind everybody late in the season they trade away Terry roier to um they they Trad away Terry roier to the to the Miami Heat my bad um also Mark Williams was injured their starting center who averaged 13 and I think eight when healthy uh I I think yeah I think he a no he averaged like 13 and 10 it was like 12.7 points per game and nine and a half rebounds per game went healthy Mark Williams who only played 19 games he was injured so Mark Williams was injured Lamela ball was injured they traded Terry roier uh G Gordon Hayward was traded as well I mean those are four guys who were key players also a couple of those guys good rebounders uh Mark Williams who I mentioned got 10 boards a game for Charlotte and 19 games Gordon Hayward is was a solid rebounder for Charlotte obviously Lamela ball and Terry roir not so much but at the same time that that’s a lot of that’s a lot of scoring so with Lamela ball injured Terry rier off to to Miami Hayward off to uh Hayward Hayward off to OKC and then Williams injured as well this and this is a hornet’s Terri this is a hornet’s terrible roster that doesn’t have a lot of talent and is one of the worst teams in the Eastern Conference of course Bridges is going to shine in that opportunity the only other player that is better than him and is doing better than him is Brandon Miller a rookie that’s it so I don’t think there’s anything really impressive about bridges averaging 21 points per game on a injured horn team I don’t think there is honestly my opinion you put bridges on a Clippers team that’s next to kawh Leonard and James Harden and potentially even Norman pal if they find a way to keep him on the roster and you know a team that has other scores as well on this roster I don’t see Bridges averaging 21 points per game I think Bridges scores well I think Bridges probably still rebounds well I don’t think that changes Bridges probably still averages six seven rebounds per game but I think he only averages an area of 14 to 16 points per game I think his points per game take a quite of a drop I would say probably 13 to 15 points per game would actually probably be more accurate for Miles Bridges if you put them next to James Harden and Kawhi Leonard compared to being on a Hornets team that has no Talent outside of Brandon Miller so uh yeah let me know your thoughts on the Clippers to potentially signing miles bries I think it’d be stupid for them to let go look if if you just if you just bring in bridges you get to keep Norman pal you get to keep Terren man that’s great Bridges is a great addition but if you have to give up either one of them um for Bridges I think it’s a little concerning if it was just if it was just Terren man I’d be like okay that’s a really tough loss for a Clippers team they’re going to really miss that absence but to get Bridges I think it’s worth it but if it was for Norman pal or both or both of them it is it is another terrible move by this Clippers team this offseason or this Clippers front office this offseason let me know your thoughts in the comment section and peace out
