“Only three firsts” like we didn’t get quickley and deuce late. Don’t see the point in downplaying mortgaging our future but tall wings are exactly what we need around brunson so I’m hoping it works out. No one won the trade yet though

This is how it goes for basically all 4+ pick trades. The other team is in “win-now” mode so the first 1-2 picks are almost guaranteed to be bad
But in this case Bk gets two (maybe) late first rounders in a stacked draft
Not saying it’s a bad trade, just don’t think this reasoning is groundbreaking

The Jazz wanted IQ/RJ/Fournier/Grimes and 5 firsts for Mitchell. We instead traded that for OG and Bridges. I’d do that trade 10 times out of 10.
