Second team has to be San Antonio. I would guess Devonte Graham and our pick back for Demar and offload Jevon Carter’s contract versus Huerter for Demar and third team taking Carter. Which would you rather have?

Sweet. Cool but sad. I fuckin loved Demar.
We had at least one extended scoring drought a game where it looked like our offense had no clue how to get a bucket and Demar would rip off a quick six point mini-run to right the ship.
It’ll be interesting to see how the offense adapts to those lapses without the DDR Stimulus Package.

This is honestly best case scenario for us. We can pull a legit asset (mid first round pick) for derozan if there’s competition. Likely coming from San Antonio. Derozan and CP are great professionals who’ve had long careers due to hard work who would be excellent influences for Wemby and their young talent. I hope Derozan goes there honestly even if we get less, better situation for him spacing wise imo

DeMar and his agent will definitely push for a contract before August 7. Since by that time, DeMar will be 35 and would only get a 3 year contract instead of 4 due to over 38-rule.
