Per league source, Adam Caporn, Director of Development on Nets coaching staff, has taken a new job with Washington Wizards. He has been replaced by Dutch Gaitley who had been in charge of development for the Kings. Second Kings assistant to follow Jordi Fernandez to Brooklyn.
