Stephen A. LOSES IT over Mad Dog’s Hartenstein-Bridges Knicks claim 🤬🍿 | First Take

take it one step at a time how do you know what first of all why do I need to pump the brakes I specifically said they need they need another piece I got them as a top two team in Eastern Conference they don’t I don’t have them better than Boston so I’m thinking Eastern Conference Finals there’s nothing to pump the braks on about that that’s a realistic expectation that’s number one number two getting back to my point about Mad Dog Russo Mad Dog Russo yeah yeah yeah but Milwaukee got issues Philly got issues okay the point that I’m trying to make to you is this this man Mad Dog rer made his bones for decades in New York City meaning he has been there not only to witness but the chronicle the flagrant continuous Perpetual in level of ineptitude that has been so alarming if folks had their DRS they treat James Dolan like John Donald like Donald Sterling got treated and lo and behold it’s been turned around because Leon Rose and worldwide West in the New York Nicks organization have gotten James Dolan to stay the hell out of the way move out the way let us do what we do and they have built something and you go out there and you’ve got Brunson you’ve got D venzo you’ve got Hart you should keep OG and anobi and on top of it all you got Mel Bridges I’m not talking about for a year this is a nucleus that you can keep in place for years to come that’s what I’m talking about ability while growing this is what we have now we haven’t had that from the New York Knicks in ages and with this deal specifically with Bridges saying I don’t want to be a net I want to go to the New York Knicks remember Wendy will tell you this Molly doggy plenty of people did not want to go to New York they wanted nothing to do with the organization now that’s changed so the culture has changed and you’ve got this guy wanting to be a New York Nick that doesn’t happen it seems like for the culture absolutely with tibs and I just want to mention Bridges has played you’ll like this 474 stame to start his career that’s the most in 40 years pretty impressive eight plays I tell you they better keep hardenstein no they don’t he they better keep him now you talked enough you’ve had enough of you I don’t want them to lose I I’ve had enough go sit in that little closet of yours with all your suits I’ve had enough of you no AC in no AC in a closet AC you’re not in a closet I know where you are can I talk goad go ahead if they lose hartenstein I would make an argument because of his size his offensive rebounding his toughness his intangibles with loose balls he’s more important the way the Knicks play than Bridges is Oh Come Oh my God yes he is he my a wait wait Wy I got to distance myself a little bit from the you’re not was that a little aggressive let me just say this I do think that the Knicks do have an issue if you’re matching up with Boston porzingis has go you got to worry about porzingis they don’t have an answer for him yet but if you’re asking if it cost you hardenstein and by the way there are still moves they can make we’ll see they’re not done working if it cost you hardenstein it cost you hardenstein but but I you know they have Mitchell Robinson come on am Amin rot you need him okay last words and then I I want to move on better I am not I well I don’t hold on cuz I don’t want to move on for let me say this toste well if you hadn’t interrupted me I would have been finished already hartstein okay we don’t want to lose him but damn it for Mel Bridges OG and no are you kidding me you you’re losing it doggy and by the way just as an aside for years we were told the Nets would never do business with the New York Knicks you realize the first time they did anything since 1983 it’s been over 30 years it is it’s beautiful working together it’s unbelievable day yeah I might need them to turn Stephen A need you guys to turn the heat up in the seport if you could get the heat up down oh down oh you’re you don’t see me sweating oh no they got me in a damn they got me in a damn oven this is this is how I’m treated they got me in an oven a closet with an oven you’re right behind the gorgeous River take a breath you’re in your hometown it’s draft day yeah the river behind you it’s beautiful the boats are going it’s great clet you got a great [Music] [Applause] closet NBA is

On First Take, Stephen A. Smith refutes Chris “Mad Dog” Russo’s hot take claiming that Isaiah Hartenstein is more valuable to the New York Knicks than Mikal Bridges following the Knicks trading with the Brooklyn Nets for Bridges in a blockbuster deal.

  1. Stephen A not realizing 1983 was over 40 years ago and not just over 30 years is all of us 80s babies at home when someone asks how old we are now.

  2. I agree with Doggy, Hartenstein helps with the offense. With his screens, rebounds, and play making ability. Certain things just can’t be easily replaced.

  3. Stephen A is getting more and more fed up with Molly. She can’t stop interrupting and talking over everyone.

  4. Doggie aint totally wrong, Hartenstein is good, but he aint that good. All of the knicks proved how good they were in the playoffs

  5. NEGROS MEXICANS NATIVE AMERICANS 12 TRIBES OF JACOB WE ARE GOD CHOSEN PEOPLE THE TRUE HEBREW ISRAELITES OF THE EARTH NO EATING PORK LOBSTERS CRABS NO SHRIMPS NO CATFISH NO BOTTOM FEEDERS 💯💯💯💯

  6. On some level, it's wholly inappropriate how much of a homer SAS is. His Knicks passion is hilarious 😂

  7. SAS just look at PPG and superstar status. Dont know nothing about basketball. Trade Hartenstein… we'll grab him faster than the new iphone in the hood. See what happens.

  8. Knicks have been great in finding players in 2nd round of the draft. Let's see if they can pull off another steal in finding a center if they lose Hartenstein.

  9. Molly has gotten too comfortable….she interrupts now so much because she knows she’s not going anywhere
