Kings fan here. I actually never understood why so many weren’t so supportive of him while he was with us. I really like his game. He’s a hustler, and at times can play out of control but he’s not the kind of player you have to hype up to give energy. He can knock down threes and he’s a solid cutter. He can handle the ball some and yes he does have a tendency to pick up fouls but his spot in our rotation always put him in difficult situations to be productive so I understand where some of his challenges were. I think he is a good player who will thrive if given a real opportunity which he never got here.

I’m telling you as a huge kings fan
Duarte is terrible. He was our 2nd worst player, he had trouble not fouling, he missed a lot of threes that would’ve really helped, overall just made bad plays.
