Do you guys know any current NBA front offices who have a history of bringing in reclamation projects during rebuilds, restarting their careers, and then turning them into tradeable assets?

I don’t understand it either. He may not have had the skill to start on most teams, but he seemed like a good bench piece.
Always made me wonder if there was a locker room issue but he legit always seemed like one of the nicer dudes in the league. Who knows.

PS, this is why the American franchise sports system fucking sucks. In any other country with relegation and promotion, a player can drop down a level and take far less of a paycut and still be with their family and even better locations

Shame he couldn’t build on the one season he was very good from mid range. He had all the tools, just couldn’t shoot during a shooter’s era
