Raptors provide key updates on Gary Trent Jr, Sasha Vezenkov & IQ’s contract
The Toronto Raptors’ Masai Ujiri and Bobby Webster were on hand for a historic day, signing pen to paper on the richest contract in Raptors history. The media was poking around and we got key updates on quite a few things, including the status of Gary Trent Jr, Sasha Vezenkov, and a unique wrinkle in Immanual Quickley’s contract which may point to a potential contention window the Raptors are aiming at.

Good video. I love where the raptors are. I think they are going into this season with all options on the table. Their priority would be to fight for the playoffs / playin. Maybe they just miss the playin, and they win the lottery or move into top 4. That’s a perfect season. Gradey develops. Mogbo / Walter find bench minutes. Shead / chomche are killing it in the g league. Scottie is an all star. RJ and IQ just miss all star levels. Yak has another solid year. 12/9/3 1 steal / 1 block. The future is bright. And next year if all goes well we add another solid foundational piece Ochai believe it or not is a huge swing player for me. If he can ever become 80% of OG…. Wow. Then we found a gem.

I would love to see a trade package centered around BB and Andrew Wiggins. I think the GS stituation has been toxic for years now and coming home would reinvigorate Wiggins and help him return to form as one of the top 3&D role players in the league. I think we can get a solid couple of years out of Wiggins and then he'll also become a valuable expiring contract.
