Hello friends some breaking news the Atlanta Hawks have reportedly agreed to a 4-year contract with v Cree in restricted free agency this is not a surprise really at all V has been a guy that I’ve been confident for a long time was going to be back with the Hawks just a matter of how many years how much money all of that this is a very cheap deal as reported by Adrian wowski of ESPN 4 years and $10 million total we do not know as I’m recording this podcast if there are any player options or anything like that but even with that this is a great great value for Atlanta V is not super proven at this point but he did have a really really nice stretch run to this last season and has that template of a 67 68 Wing who can distribute a little bit showed some good defensive flashes this last year can shoot a little bit as well intelligent player the Hawks like him a lot and uh at the at the very end of all of this the Hawks get a very intriguing still young player with some upside for a very team-friendly deal we’ll have more of this later on this evening on the locked on Hawks podcast
