I fucked my back deadlifting yesterday, most unfortunate. Same weight I do for my working set every week, I was on my way up and then had a shooting pain in my lower back and down both hamstrings, this one feels like it will be a long recovery. Shit blows, backs are of poor design.

Oh also – i painted up this little Chernobyl reactor4 for my kids birthday today. she is hyper interested in this – this year. we watched the tv series and everything.
Re-subbed here this morning (back onto the DNVR pod too), the gut punch was too much and I needed a break. I’m browsing through the sub to catch up and holy shit you’d think we’re going to be worse than Detroit this year… I forgot how frothy this place can get.
I picked up making tiki drinks as my latest obsession which has been a lot of fun and perfectly timed for the hottest fucking summer ever. What are y’all doing to stay cool?

Serbia is gonna be without starting and backup pf vs france. 1st real prep game for srb while france allready had 4/5 games …im sure there will be no overreactions if we get clapped wich is very likley.

I needed a thumb drive yesterday for some work stuff, and found an old one of mine. I was checking out what was on it and found an essay I wrote in 7th grade titled “An NCAA Ripoff” where I trash the NCAA for three pages.
