We will NEVER forget that move. This is good karma. We will be blessed and Knicks will be rewarded (not just financially, maybe they will have unbelievable health this season). You hear so often about players betting on themselves only to get screwed and end up looking like an idiot in hindsight (Schroder, IT etc). I’m not saying that’ll happen to Brunson.
I know Thibs won’t do any load management but IDC if Brunson plays exactly 66 games (to be in the running for awards) and sits games for rest. Anyone who complains and we’ll throw Brunson leaving $113 mill on the table in their faces lol.

Whatever arrangement NBA has with the players union is messed up. The owners should be the ones taking the pay cuts, not these guys. They shouldn’t have to sacrifice their own paychecks to play on a good team. They should just get paid what they’re worth.
