  1. I mean it makes sense. This isn’t even a discussion. The question is what’s his plan and why it takes so long to sign somewhere. GTJ is not an end of the bench scrub, he is good enough to play anywhere.

Raptors really aren’t good enough to let guys like this walk. Who coming off our bench is as good as GTJ?

Trent became expandable the moment Gradey found his mark. There’s little value in a guard who’s undersized, not very athletic, doesn’t work very hard on the court and who’s main skill is very inconsistant. I think we all thought Trent would, at worst, turn out to be equal to Powell. Turns out he will most likely not ever come close to Powell who got even better in the meantime. I agree with the Raps, time to cut our losses and move on. Give that roster spot to someone with more potential or a vet.

  4. Woo hoo!

    Ceeeeelebration time c’mon!

Finally we can rid ourselves of this no impact player.

    Dick’s out!

  5. Unofficial as of now… buddy of mine works in an executive sports org that sets players up in new cities confirmed gtj has been added onto the 76er roster. Likely means he took on some sort of minimum deal since he rejected Toronto’s offer. Definitely humbled gtj lol.
