um you’ve obviously had success as a coach in this league and this team as Tron said is coming off not just one rough season but a few what was it about this job that made you want to jump in right away when surely you could have waited a year and if there were openings you would have probably more than likely been involved in those discussions but what what about now on this team uh it was my conversations with Tran to begin with um you know the rest of the guys uh Magic was with him JR was with them and you know George David like the conversations we had AR and then obviously finally with uh Tom like I had a great feeling um that this organization was headed in the right direction and it was being led by the right people
