the Eastern Conference Final Series against Indiana and the NBA finals against the Dallas Mavericks Jaylen Brown is the guy that averaged 23 points the game this year on 49.9 basically 50% shooting Jaylen Brown is a dude over the last four years that is average a minimum of 23 points per game and clearly the Bonafide second option of the Boston Celtics behind Mr Jason Tatum Jaylen Brown if you can call Jason Tatum one Jaylen Brown is clearly one eight somebody call some folks call him one a one as well in other words if you ain’t Jason Tatum there’s nobody that’s a more viable option than the B and Celtics than Jaylen Brown yet he’s not on the Olympic team he’s not on Team USA going to Paris try to win the gold with LeBron and embiid and Steph and Devin Booker and Kevin Durant and left them off inexplicably so tell me he ain’t one of the top 15 players in the world I don’t know what folks are smoking when are y’all gonna wake up when are we G to start instead of getting personal and emotional and making assumptions just to fill a narrative and create clickbait let’s be sensible here explain to me how jayen Brown could be left off a Team USA in favor of Tatum holiday and Derek white three members of the Boston Celtics are on the team and none of their names are Jaylen Brown how can this be justified this is no shade on Derek white Derek White had a damn good season Derek white is a glue piece he fits with the team nobody’s questioning the basketball decisions of a Derek white being on a team what we’re saying is how is it that he fits but Jaylen Brown does it Jaylen Brown can score Jaylen Brown can shoot jayen Brown can defend ladies and gentlemen this ain’t BAS that’s what I’m saying this is not just a basketball decision they took other things into consideration y’all could speculate about anything hell it could be anything but it ain’t just basketball because from a strictly basketball perspective Jaylen Brown deserves to be on the team his cryptic tweet with the ey glass or whatever like hum you know what the hell is that decision about ladies and gentlemen why would he do that why why would Jaylen Brown do that those are his teammates on the team because he’s given F and then he said and I got the quote here to Nike who he had beef with like I pointed out this what we doing because Nike is believed to have a long-standing relationship with Team USA and obviously they wield a significant level of influence that could be a reason I think it’s also the fact that he was a conscientious Observer and on the front lines fighting on behalf of black people when a whole social justice movement was going on it could be anything I don’t know but it could be any of that hell I heard you know you got people talking about is this his religious beliefs because they believe he’s a Muslim I’m not sure about that but the point is you have people in today’s day and age they’ll hold anything against you from a marketing standpoint I don’t know but people are saying this in NBA circles I don’t know know what I do know is that it makes no sense to use strictly basketball reasons as an excuse to leave him off the team when three members of his own team is on the team before him there’s only one Boston Celtics that should be on any team before Jaylen Brown that’s Jason Tatum anybody else okay Drew holiday natural point guard defensive Wizardry but he plays the point guard doesn’t need the ball doesn’t need to shoot to be effective he don’t care if he going in and average two points a game that’s fair but you lost Kawai it ain’t like you lost a point guard you lost kawh Lenard if you lost kawh lenon who can score if you lost kawhai Lon who defends I can tell you that Jaylen Brown could easily be perceived as a poor man version of a kawh lenet kawh lenet was what he was and was a superstar in a two time NBA Finals MVP and a two-time champion but then he got injured perpetually so and so it’s been and Jaylen Brown is willing to defend and oh by the way he’s fiery he’s energetic he’s got leadership ability all right he delivers and now he’s a champion and on the same in the same year that he win a championship wins a Conference Finals MVP wins the NBA Finals MVP that same year you GNA pick three dudes on his team ahead of him and y’all telling me I’m wrong when I say listen likeability is playing a role here I’m not saying it’s right I’m not saying it’s Justified I was simply articulating for y’all what was said and now it’s factual so rather than kill a messenger why don’t we sit here and ask oursel this one Bonafide question is there any justification to leave this man off the team in favor of three of his teammates who are on it three not one not even two three is that right is that fair is that Justice that’s the point answer that question this is not Stephen A or anybody that says something to Stephen A about Jaylen Brown not being like saying it’s right and it’s Justified I love Jaylen Brown he’s a good brother I love them I’m saying those people out there whoever they are pointed to likability or lack thereof stubbornness doing things his way as somebody telling me don’t even know how true this is they actually said to me during the whole covid-19 thing he got a call from Obama as in former president Obama asking if he’d take the vaccine and he said no I don’t know this I did not speak to Jaylen brown or Barack Obama about this but these are the kind of stories that are out there about Jaylen Brown it personally speaking I think he’s very likable I think he’s good people but my point is even if he’s not that shouldn’t be a reason to keep him off Team USA with his credentials but they kept them off anyway and when we talk about Optics and how stuff looks how about this three members of a championship team have been selected for Team USA two of them was at the expense of the team’s second leading scorer the MVP in both the Conference Finals and the NBA finals and on top of it all the same year that all of that happened he was also left off the all NBA team so as great as this brother is he’s left off the all NBA team he’s left off the Team USA the same year he wins the championship and is the finals in the two most pivotal rounds of the playoffs there MVP and the two most pivotal rounds to the playoff does that make sense to you especially for somebody that’s liked it doesn’t make sense to me it really really doesn’t think about that sleep on that
