Not a Mavs fan but Omax is one of the best wing defenders I have ever watched in college. He was insane at Marquette. I was hoping he would fall to the Celtics at 25 in the draft last year.
Mavs fans need a reality check… O-Max is not playing next season, nor should he. Hardy is going into his 3rd year and he still hasn’t proven he deserves or can handle consistent meaningful mins. Last season O-Max didn’t even look like a real NBA player in garbage mins against other garbage min players. Expecting him to go from that to getting rotation mins is asking to be disappointed.
