Springer and watson were definitely the best defenders in this game. I mean watson just was a menace in the passing lanes. I remember in his scouting report, they mention john stockton saying watson has the quickest hands he has ever seen. And i believe him. Like i mentioned, he was causing mayhem in the passing lanes. He was swiping and stealing it a bunch. his off-ball movement looks great. I was rewatching his games this year, and he seems like a really good passer, a savy passer. He is not turning it over or making dumb mistakes. He has defensive versatility and can defend 1-5 or 2-5. He seems like a quicker and more athletic version of tillman and grant. I hope he shoots the 3 ball more often since he was 41% from downtown.
