to Johnson gets Keon Johnson so far it’s B tried to thread the needle on that pass fortunate to get another opportunity and cash deal so farn trying to find some space missed got the offensive rebound Johnson had 16 points including that overtime game winner the other night and Christie has one Po’s last I’m sorry Brooklyn’s last 12 points until good going into game number two and he’s been very aggressive here just to this point the afternoon games so far at Thomas and Mack have remember they were down double digits in the fourth quarter on Friday night and a foul on the drive it was also the but what stood out to me was his connection with players everybody we talked to said look this but it’s it’s connecting with players and and that’s for somebody to you know coach play whatever they can do fully Olympics some you know for your for your National with all the coaches out there you know on a daily if not hourly basis the talent that you have here it’s a pivot toward a rebuild it fits us better for our time timeline and how we’re going to build sustainably and hopefully keep a lot of flexibility over these next couple years you’re talking about a guy that was so unique back from physically first of all yeah a very difficult couple years for being I mean really important I mean we we’ve um we enjoy the draft I think BJ Johnson and the and the so for us be able to do that trade and and move a player of M’s stature control a little bit of Our Own Destiny and pathway Sean talk about the could be a real Difference Maker for you defensively but what I think the Long Island coaches did a great job like there’s all your draft picks coming up you got the two 25 he got that uh one back the 20 make sure win it’s to the right time you know we’ve got an ownership group you know like Joe who has shown of the other additions to your roster for this coming season I know you’ve got some vets that you’ve added saying you know how he continues to develop so I think that’s definitely a goal for him definitely a goal for the that young man is you know I mean he played point guard for them for for a year so he can certainly handle the ball the landscape of the Eastern
