Tristan Da Silva Was the STEAL of the NBA Draft…

I think the Orlando Magic will probably be the surprise team in the NBA next year this man Tristan D Silva can absolutely hoop they of course have Paulo banero last year or two years ago excuse me they went 34 and 48 then they went 47 and 35 the following year plus 13 in the win Department I think they can continue to ascend upwards their three-point percentage was terrible especially in the playoffs they bring in two snipers in cavius cwell Pope and Tristan D Silva both of these guys should be hoopers and I mean to Silva was an absolute steal you put him on this bench lineup where the only guy that shot over 35% from three was Jonathan Isaac only guy to shoot over 35% that is horrific at Colorado he averaged 16 points a game five boards 49% shooting from the field 40% from three and five attempts per game um so good efficiency almost 50490 he is a three level scorer you can do it however you want whenever you want um over whoever you want and and he can also go through you he’s got a good frame on him 6’9 with a 6’1 wingspan and he has been hooping in the summer league so far this move right here is absolutely Elite little turnaround Fade Away boom he’s Pro ready um he’s a great spacer as well so around Paulo around France around these slashing guards they have Anthony black he’s going to thrive as a shooter this game against the Pelicans he was going crazy I mean those two the first two shots barely even hit Ned um against the Cavs he was knocking down threes as well I believe he had 23 versus the Pelicans and 13 versus the Cavs maybe a little bit more maybe I know he had at least five boards and four assists as well versus the Cavs but look at him run the court get to that corner toet tap it and knock it down I think he’s too good for the summer league this is a really smooth Euro Step right here um off the pass of Anthony black another guy that probably is a little bit too good for the summer league but hey getting a little bit of extra reps in and then just crashing right here get out of my way uh going up with the left and finishing it home very nice and then they bring in cavius Codwell Pope who is an Elite 3 and D2 guard a guy that can really really help them out this year um he averag 10.1 points per game 2.4 rebounds and 2.4 assists as well as 1.3 steals while being the point of attack defender on a championship contending team out in Denver um very very promising to bring him but him in 46% shooting from the field 41% from three on four attempts and he played 76 games last year he’s a winning player he’s available usually um and I think this started five right here should be very very good because yes they have agreed to let Jaylen Suggs run the point guard spot and cavius Codwell pop will fit in seamlessly spacing the floor and guarding at the point of attack running the floor as well right here um get up Clay finishing that home and this lineup or these two right here in the back court defensively is going to be clamped down um they’ve already said they’re comfortable with jayen Suggs at point guard um and last year Suggs averaged 12.6 points per game about 3.1 rebounds 2.7 assist in 23 minutes of action a night so really really good numbers there from jayen sugs and he really proved I mean there was three guys last year that were vying for minutes and he proved he could be in the lineup shooting splits were way up as well um the playoff numbers in about 33 minutes per game he even he scored more points per game um 14.7 a night 5.1 rebounds 3.3 assist and 1.3 steals per game so jayen Suggs in this lineup as the point guard I think they are very comfortable and I think he is going to do a phenomenal job now I’m anticipating a big time leap coming from Paulo banero this year um 6’1 athletic freak he is a monster when he gets into the middle of the floor this is his operating space and this is where he cooks 22.6 points per game 6.9 rebounds 5.4 assist in 35 minutes per game last year for the magic while shooting 46% from the field and 34% from three on 4.4 attempts so the efficiency is not there but once again 6′ 10 250 lbs when he gets going downhill he is almost Unstoppable um if his three-point percentage gets going up that is very scary he’s going to look really really good in the playoffs he looked Elite 28 points per game 8.6 rebounds 38 minutes per game um the efficiency was off the charts as well 46% from the field not great but 40% from three on 5.7 attempts fantastic numbers for Paulo in the playoffs and that gives you hope going forward for the magic that he can continue to develop that three-point jumper and then he can slash in and he’s got guys like kcp and Tristan to Sila waiting to knock down the three ball um if you are enjoying today’s video at any point make sure to like button leave me a comment down below and hit that subscribe Button as you can see here a large majority of people that watch these videos are not subscribed to the channel so if that is you go Ahad and fix that and with that being said let’s go and get back to the video we’re trying H 200 likes on today’s video so if you could help us out with that it’ be greatly appreciated now the giant lineup that the magic could look into with the emergence of the Silva and black they can roll out this massive lineup with Anthony black at 6’6 with a 68 wingspan fron Vagner at 69 with a 7 foot wingspan D Silva at 69 with a 610 wingspan Paulo at 6’10 with about a 7′ one inch wingspan and then wend Carter at Center uh standing at 611 with a 75 wingspan that is a crazy amount of height a crazy amount of length and even at the NBA level that can be suffocating on the defensive side of the ball and the magic were very very good last year fourth and opponent’s points per game now fron we got to look past that stinker he had in game seven he’s a very young player and a very promising player averaging 19.7 points per game 5.3 rebounds 3.7 assists and 1.1 steals last year in the regular season while shooting 48% from the field only 28% from three on 4.4 attempts that’s not going to cut it in the modern day NBA 28% that is horrific um he’s got to get that fixed but if he does he’s already a great slasher great finisher with both hands he could be lethal in the future as a part of this magic franchise now window Carter J junor as the franchise big the stretch five that has really come on in the last couple of years when it comes to three-point shooting averaging 11 points per game seven rebounds 1.7 assist in 26 minutes of action a night um like I said very good big very mobile big as well and he’s got some of the modern day tools you need when it comes to putting the ball in the deck 53% from the field 37% from three on 3.1 attempts for him and he’s still 24 years old it feels like he’s been in the league for quite some time but he’s just going to be 25 next season Mo Vagner another guy they bring back on a very Team friendly deal I believe um at least for Mo he’s pretty valuable to them last year he averaged about 11 points per game seven rebounds and you look at the or excuse me 4.3 rebounds 1.7 assists and then you look at the contract and you’re like wow but then you realize he only played 18 minutes a game for this magic team that is crazy 60% shooting from the field 33% from three on 1.4 attempts but um very very limited minutes per 36 he’d be averaging 20 2.4 points per game 8.8 rebounds and 2.4 assists per night so a guy that I think they didn’t overpay people are also saying they overpaid for Jonathan Isaac I don’t think so as well of course they gave him that 5year $84 million contract and on paper maybe um but he was pretty healthy last year not 100% but he a seven points per game 4.5 rebounds 1.2 blocks 53% shooting from the field 38% from 3 and 16 minutes and per 36 he’d be averaging some crazy numbers now can this magic team make the playoffs next year that is the question this is the lineup they will probably roll out with Jamal Mosley um as the coach I believe heading into his fourth year correct me in the comments if I’m wrong um but Jaylen sugs kyp fron Paulo and Wendell I love that lineup I think it’s a great starting five and then you’ve got depth now um with the added uh Tristan D Silva who can really shoot the three ball that adds another dimension to this bench that can come in Cole Anthony of course Michel wave score Gary Harris good Defender Jonathan Isaac good Defender Mo Vagner can score a little bit and then you add in the three-point shooting and the three-level scoring of the Silva and it’s very very nice I like this magic team I think they’re very underrated Tristan D Silva is a Hooper and he has proved that already um and I think the magic could be very very good come playoff time next year with that being said that’s going to be it for today’s video thank you so much for watching make sure the like button and leave me a comment down below as well as hitting 4. I expect the Orlando Magic to dominate the Summer league, but I am a bit concerned from Black in game 2. I really feel as if someone who started at times, and played as the 6th pick in the draft– he should be dominating these guys.

  5. They call him Franz 2.0…..if he gets even close to Franz with his ceiling we'll have a solid player coming off the bench

  6. I effing hope so!!! He would rould out our 10 man rotation nicely. That still leaves Jett, Black, and Goga outside the rotation. Go magic!!!

  7. As a Magic fan , I’ve waiting wayyyy too long for this. It finally feels like we are back on track. Last season was amazing and I know this team is hungry for more, can’t wait!

  8. The Orlando Magic has been absolutely spotless with making great moves and adding perfect fits.
Starting from the rebuild and Chicago trade that landed them Franz.
Jett Howard, 6"8 shooter that looks like he's developed nice!

Bringing in KCP with his shooting was on point with his defense alongside Suggs and Isaac as well.
The Magic are LOADED! DaSilva, Anthony, Mo Wagner..
Jay Huff looks great during Summer League which unfortunately they might not a spot for..
