ESPN post- free agency power rankings

They list each team’s notable additions and departures. The Sixers notable departures were Buddy Heild and B-ball Paul. I thought it was notable that Tobias Harris lost out in the mentions to B-ball and Buddy. Too funny.

ESPN didn’t even bother to list Tobias as a notable addition for the Pistons.

I don’t think we’re below the Knicks after they lost Hartenstein, but whatever. Gotta prove it

This is about right. The Thunder, Nuggets, Mavs, and Wolves are the clear top 4 in the west, and Celtics, Knicks, Sixers, and Bucks are the clear top 4 in the East. I’d bet a lot of money that the 4 conference finalist teams will come from this group of 8 (absent key injuries). There’s a real dropoff in each conference below the top 4.

    Feels disrespectful to the kings?

They only got better right? And are lower than their finish last year?

I dont believe in the Knicks at all. They remind me a lot of the Hawks the year we lost to them. Trae Young was making unsustainable tough shots and abusing the “slam on the brakes” move, just like Brunson. This move was supposed to be a point of emphasis for the refs thereafter, and it probably will be again. The fraudulent conference finals run the Hawks went on was fools gold, and the Hawks maxed Collins, and overpaid guys like Bogdanovic in response. A team of max role players who never did anything again. But they had a lot of hype at the time. Sound like anyone? Call me a hater but I just don’t believe

While I’m hating, let me point out that the Knicks just recovered from mortgaging their future for the Carmelo Anthony/Amare Stoudemire team (10years ago), and immediately mortgaged their future once again
