Same thing, Pacheco or hoop. Either way his competitive and outspoken personality will teach regardless.

This is the season Wemby asserts his leadership on the Spurs and CP3 could serve as a role model in this regard on the court and in the locker room.
To your point about CP3 not being a coach. That is true in the sense that he is here to play, but I can almost guarantee there was a discussion revolving around his future and what his plans are after retiring. I don't see any possibility of him not coaching after retirement, its right up his alley. I am sure it was brought up in some capacity and to sweeten the deal this could be seen as an internship and he can absorb some of that knowledge for his future.
