We knew that this was something Reed going to have to adjust but luckily he has Fred to learn from this year to help him deal with the physicality of the league
These comparisons 😂 It's not based on mentality and skill, it's based on skin colour, height, shooting ability and is 99% upper tier NBA players. You never hear of a role player like Bobby Simmons, Hakim Warrick or Ian Clark. I've even seen Bronny James compared to Derek Fisher and Jrue Holiday… in what world!!!
Reed can learn a lot from FVV. He needs to learn how to stay in front of quicker guards and learn to defend without fouls. He may take the starting point guard role after all-star break next season.
I thought this was a bad pick because they had Van Fleet, and because he's so small. I didn't realize he was this good, athletic, or this good of a defender. I can admit I was wrong. I still wish he was 6'4 but he looks very good
