You can’t tell people not to overreact to Alex Sarr’s game if you’re going to overreact to Bub Carrington’s game.

It’s just summer league. You should wait until the regular season to see what these players are really about. One bad game or one good game shouldn’t determine your outlook on either player.

Sarr has been worse than Bub has been good. People are always going to like flashy high effort guards. People are always going to hate watching bigs who don’t outmuscle everyone else. It’s just how it goes. Bringing up how Sarr has done worse than Bub is just going to fuel the Sarr haters, no matter what your point in bringing it up is.

It’s his lack of energy that doesn’t fool the eyes.

I agree with this but I reserve the right to do the opposite and overreact to both, also 🤣

  4. People are also solely reacting to stat lines. How were Sarr’s attempts? Is he getting open and taking good looks? Is he having trouble running the offense and chucking up bricks? I didnt watch so i cant answer but if its the former, who gives af? These games dont matter. If its the latter, then there is some concern but he has quite a long time to learn and execute the offense and the NBA in general
