The Most Volatile Rookie in the NBA GOT WIZARDS FANS HEATED

I STILL BELIEVE IN ALEX SARR AND MY PERSPECTIVE ON HIM HASN’T CHANGED ONE BIT. Well I hope.

  1. They better be having him stop with these midrange/3pt shots… Hes a 7 footer, have him play in the dang paint like a 7 footer

  2. You can't use better SL performers who didn't make it with Wash to prove a guy who did worse ib SL will make it.

Sarr looks like ass, and the fact that the Wiz failed to develop so many others makes it worse.

  3. You don't need to panic. Literally a prospect like Saar should be judged in 3 or 4 years. You should be happy he took 15 shots.

  4. Other than the 0 and 2 point game none of this surprised me with Sarr the dude is extremely raw. The Defense we knew about and wee see it but the offense was also consistent mentioned as a concern and a place for improvement. Looking at his tools scouts expect him to gain better understanding and flow to his offensive game. Glad he didn’t go to ATL they have expectations he can’t fill yet Washington won’t be ready to compete for at least 2-3 years so great spot for him to fall.

  5. As a Blazer fan who had to endure hearing the bust word on Scoot's rookie season, I say heads up. Sarr's young and was never known to be an offensive juggernaut. His defense and versatility are important in today's game. If all he can do on offense is to catch lobs and stick put backs in while doing a bit of playmaking on the free-throw line, that's valuable. I like his mid-range game too.

  6. Who cares about the number 2 pick?! Can we just get back to talking about how the 55th pick is struggling tho?

  7. If you look the part in summer league then in general you will be good. His offense is atrocious, i think the best outcome you can hope for Sarr is Mobley, but im not worried about his summer league stats on offense…it is his motor, doesn't have that dawg in him. He seems to have all the tools, but I would be worried he is more of an Ayton than a Mobley. Lets see how he performs

  8. I was heated because I want him to do well….i mean we knew he was raw on offense…the jump shot looks nice just wasn’t falling for him and at least he shoots his shot unlike Ben Simmons…even with the bad you see some good in what he’s doing, it’ll take time.
