1. Tall versatile wing who can lead the offense, get buckets when they want and take pressure ( Paolo/Tatum) 2. Great second option wing who is pretty great in all areas on the court and can easily take over the first option duties (Franz/Brown) 3. Elite man-to-man defensive switchable guard with great instincts who can play bigs and smalls and be the teams defensive anchor ( Suggs/Jrue) (Markelle was this for us 2 seasons ago)* 4. Elite instinctual defensive switchable guard with great man-to-man game who locks passing lanes and can be a momentum shifter (KCP/Derrick White) (Suggs was this for us last season also)* 5. Tall elite 3&D big who is a premier shotblocker or rim protector/interior defender & active spacer and roller (JI or Wendell/ KP) (Mo Bamba also fits this better than the other 3 which is what i have been saying for years before KP went to the Celtics that Mo is the perfect fit for our future core)*.

1) Suggs is our best chance to become Jrue Holiday 2) We need Franz to become our Jaylen Brown (pros: he’s taller; cons: shot may not be on JB level yet) 3) Derrick White is better than KCP and I wish we had him. KCP is still good. 4) We don’t have a Porzingis. Though he came much later to the Celtics so maybe in time.
