How Mike Muscala Altered NBA History

How Mike Muscala Altered NBA History

Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson; all names of NBA legends who changed the future of the entire NBA through the course of their basketball careers.

A name that, although not as rich with accolades, also made a big impact on the future of the league is the one and only Mike Muscala.

The Minnesota native has undoubtedly left his mark through the years given the multiple teams he found himself on; Atlanta Hawks, Philadelphia 76ers, Los Angeles Lakers, Boston Celtics, Washington Wizards, Detroit Pistons, and Oklahoma City Thunder (to name a few). But there is one moment that stands out as potentially being one of the most league altering plays in recent NBA history.

  1. Man, congrats for the video. Great editing and awesome content. I recently followed you, and as a thunder fan is great to have channels of this quality!

  2. I remember wanting Moose to miss that shot in the moment, but I'm so glad he made it in hindsight because of where we are now.

And ofc the Sixers are happy too.

Unchanged in all of it is my love and appreciation for Moose. I had a couple of opportunities to briefly meet him in person and he is the good dude he seems to be. Would love for him to stay associated with the Thunder.

  3. Such an awesome video! Although my opinion is that no matter what pick they used, the Thunder still take Poku and the only difference in Thunder history is Poku’s jersey number
