  1. As long as the Hawks picks arent used in this trade i'll be happy. Those should only be used to trade for a superstar level player and Lauri isnt that.

  2. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again it would be stupid for us to keep all of our draft picks and not package some for a trade that will only make our team better. We have 17 first round draft picks until 2031 and 20 second round picks until 2031 as well. Even if we give up 5 first round draft picks (which I hope not but we could) we would still have 12 1st round picks left regardless of what they are. Pick swaps are always an option too. A good chunk of our fandom holds our picks too close to their chests. It shouldn’t matter whose pick we have 6 or 7 years down the line when in 2-4 years we should be competing for a playoff spot. If we’re still picking in the lottery by the end of Wemby’s 3rd year that is a huge problem. I don’t care if it’s Cameron Johnson, Brandon Ingram or Lauri Markkanen any of those players will only help our team get better. The more players we decide to draft, the less fire power we have to make a trade. Go Make A Trade!!!!

  3. what nba team does keldon even fit on? I doubt the jazz are are salivating at the mouth over KJ

  4. I said it once and I’ll say it again, put out content when something happens. Stop making up stories for the sake of putting out videos. Pointless, anyways enjoy your vacation!

  5. I'm gonna also be gone for the next week, so y'all won't see my comments. I'll have my little brother post some while I'm gone.

  6. They’re not taking this trade without at least one of the 2025 picks. Unless they already have a bunch that I don’t know about.

  7. Again with the Sohan “defense” talk.. dude have you even looked at his stats ?!?! He can’t play defense the way you claim! He was listed as one of the worst defensive players statistically last season WTH are you talking about?!?!? Get off his nuts already he ranked outside the role 150 players defensively

  8. That’s one sentence in a Clutch Hoops article about how OKC may prepare a big package for Markkanen. The Spurs aren’t going to outbid the Thunder.

  9. I would trade for Jalen Johnson from Atlanta. Like we got their draft picks, we can package something half of what Utah are asking for like a better player like Jalen.

  10. Clan you should check out the sneakers and cleats podcast on the Johnson for Johnson trade possibility.

  11. i’m all for this trade to happen. as much as i love keldon i don’t see him getting better. he’s hit his ceiling and lauri will help this team out so much. only way i say no is if they want a hawks 2025 pick or our 2025 pick

  12. Y’all talking like Lori not a 20 plus point a night scorer it’s going to cost you something to get him and giving away the picks and players you don’t want isn’t going to make it happen gotta give up one of those top picks to make this happen. We not getting Cooper Flagg so let it go

  13. If the Spurs' trading for Lauri requires them to trade Devin Vassell, Jeremy Sochan and their 2025 picks from Atlanta it should be a no deal.

If trading for Lauri costs the Spurs Keldon Johnson, none of their 2025 first-round picks from Atlanta and some second-round picks I'm for it. However, the Jazz will likely want more than that. Their GM is no fool.

The Jazz won't make a mistake such as the Atlanta Hawks did when the Hawks acquired Dejounte Murray from the Spurs for the Hawks' 2025 first-round picks.

Trading aside, I think the Spurs' best returns could come from the further development of their young players. Imagine if Jeremy Sochan develops a steady jump shot to go along with his defense. Same for Blake Wesley.
