That’s just a masterclass and I’m not even a lebron supporter

LeBron having Curry is an absolute cheat-code. Here he gets a switch on a 6’1 Dennis Schroeder, because if you don’t switch it, Curry is catching the ball in space OR LeBron has a step on a hedge/scramble situation. If Steph has the ball and LeBron screens, you have to double Steph so he can’t shoot off of it and LeBron is catching the ball in a 4 on 3. Against SS he gets a rim-protector-less paint in crunch time because AD is off-ball screening for Steph.

Steph and LeBron working together is the cheat code that’s going to unlock team USA for these Olympics and give them the constant edge they need in close games.

EDIT: It might have been a pre switch type of thing actually, Schroeder starts the possession on LeBron, imo the only reason you do that there is if you’re anticipating an action involving Steph screening, so…same principle. Just wanted to clarify.

Legalize palming the ball because everyone does it anyway

  4. WynBytsson

I swear I’ve seen Kyrie do this exact sequence lol

Does anyone know about what year the NBA started allowing some of these questionable palming/carrying moves? Not a knock on Lebron, it’s been going on as long as I can remember. Just curious when the transition started happening.

Dennis should have trusted Theis or anyone else to guard Bron here. he got pushed back from 23 ft to the basket.

  7. RiversofJell0

This is him having lost a step or two of his athleticism. Just insane

  8. chiangchilla

Honestly pretty decent defense by Dennis, just overmatched

  9. Am I the only one who thinks this whole drive is clunky and awkward? Not his best work

  10. Funny-Ad4997

Get you someone who looks at you the way Franz looks at Lebron after the play haha.

It is astounding that referees could consider legal the last dribble…

If someone does this on the playground, i would be so mad if we don’t cancel the points…

  12. NittanyScout

Schröder was 10 yrs old when lebron suited up for the first time in Cleveland. How the hell is this possible

  13. ClmrThnUR

that bucket happened because #7 is the worst defender i’ve ever seen. imagine a center squaring his feet and staying vertical.

  14. HE_A_FAN_HE_A_FAN

Man his footwork has come such a long way from the 2011 Finals where he couldn’t post up JJ Barea. And now he’s the oldest player in the NBA and is still dominating.

  15. lemur_nads

Bro Schröder looks like a goddamn child against Lebron lol

  16. Jhon_doe_smokes

The way he just casually puts Dennis in like a half jail situation on his shoulder is crazy. That’s a grown man you’re carrying like that.

  17. broadwayallday

Ant coming into frame is so damn poetic sheesh

  18. actual_yellow_bag

Dennis played great defense here and his big man let him down. Does all that work for dude to immediately leave his feet like he’s never rim protected a day in his life.

  19. fastfowards

It’s like a grown ass man playing with his 10 year old son

  20. Ok-Statement-5454

Derrick White needs to hit the bench so Hali can run the offense with Bron sitting cus him & Jrue basically do the same shit one is slightly better imo

  21. krsCarrots

Even DHowars has a better foot work lol, he’s about to fall on each turn or is looking to see where he’s ball at 🤦🏻

  22. Confirm_ova_Affirm

How many travels can you get away with

  23. YoungBasedHooper

This is the dude people say has no bag?

  24. RuckasNucka4ever

Damn. You almost have to feel bad for all the other countries. They send their best players out just knowing that they’re going to be fed to the Team USA woodchipper.
