Bouyea looked like a solid backup PG. Whitmore & GG, of course, are rotational players.

Maybe Castle is never as good as or better than Derrick White I understand why ppl can have that viewpoint (Iām a believer in his upside) but as a direct comparison as players itās just not a good or accurate comp. Castle is over two inches taller, 20 pounds heavier, 3 and a half years younger coming in and more athletic than White. White has only 60 career dunks in 418 games and only took 11.4% of his shots last season within 0-3 feet and 59% of his shots from 3. Castle is just a completely different style of offensive player and also theoretically can hold up better defending forwards like Kawhi 1 on 1 than White can

I think Cam Whitmore has to contend with Amen's positional versatility too; Amen is higher in wing rotation just like when they needed a starter after Sengun went down. Since Amen can easily slot up to accommodate other guards, that will essentially put Reed and Cam in competition with each other for a portion of minutes.
