Gotta give it to the Honorary Dr. Sure, I grew up in the A.I. era, but I have to put my bias aside. Dr. J. Is a legend of the hardwood. He set the foundation, and was also the inspiration for Jordan and many of the players in MJ’s era.
I now see Dr. J. at Sixers games here and there and he’s always well dressed and professional. I think to myself, “I hope to have that level of swagger if I make it to see that age.”
Lastly, the man helped bring a chip to the city.
