    this is the best team thibs has ever had i think his extension is why we lost Johnny bryant but no other coach can compare se this team thibs finger prints are all over this team that the problem in milwaukee that not Docs team

    I would wait until next summer and pay him based on whether we make it to the ECF or better! If we do then $15-$20 million and if 2nd round $10 million, first round or worst then fire him! Just saying. It’s not like he would not accept the contract next year

    THIBS DESERVES THE AT LEAST 10 MILLION CONTRACT. IN THE UPCOMING SEASON WHEN WE SUCCEED IN THE 3RD ROUND AND WE TAKE THE EASTERN CONFERENCE FINAL. IT'S A SEALED DEAL. I HAVE COME TO UNDERSTAND AND RESPECT HIS WAY OF COACHING. AT ONE POINT I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND HIS COACHING DECISIONS BUT I GET IT NOW. I'M JUST LOOKING FORWARD FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON 😁

    Phil contract 60 million over five 12 million a year he lasted 36 months three years and got the complete 60 million . So you are wrong
