    Imma miss hearing Chuck talking bout them big women in San Antonio and that dirty water in Galveston. Also I want Deng to be the HC for the WCB. Lastly sign Javonte to a 2 way deal then turn that into a Bi-annual deal. Sign Liberty, Lofton and Knight to WCB.

    I love your take on the Luol Deng/South Sudan response. In a sense, I’m glad for people like Gilbert because you get to see the stark contrast between that level of character vs. Luol’s.

    Honestly I won't miss Inside The NBA. I like the personalities fine but it was getting a bit long in the tooth. That doesn't mean I will like what's coming, though. I think what many don't think about when considering Inside The NBA is it was very much a "show." A real TV show they would rehearse for, write scripts for, and set up and rehearse segments for. It wasn't four guys out there improvising. Though they did improvise at times, of course. Especially post game and at half time. But even those segments were guided and set up for the hosts. And the chemistry was very relaxed. Sometimes too relaxed for my liking…a few old farts sitting around chitting about basketball. But all in all it was easy to watch and listen to. Corny as it had become at times. Corny and obvious. But what's to be expected after 35 years, I suppose? It'll be interesting to see what takes its place but I have a feeling it'll be fine. Eventually, at least. So far as Gilbert? He's clown shoes. Checked out his podcast for the first time a few weeks ago after getting the buzz about it. Its awful. Horrible, boring. Can't listen or watch. Terrible cast, awful "takes," absolutely no talent on set to be found. Just lazy, horrid stuff. I recall seen him way back when he got started. He was alright. Talking hoops, got some players on the show. One on one. But this newer format? Complete garbage. It's not smart, entertaining, funny, insightful, knowledgeable…nothing. And his co-hosts are just bad. Not taking that dude serious at all.
