  1. Wonder if we could move off that Pascal contract and get anyone else. Lol let's do a 4 way team trade with GSW, UTA, BKN. Get Markkenan/Kessler for ourselves. GS would get Turner and Jarace for their 2 picks and GP2. Toss in 3 picks one of GS's and a couple 2nds to UTA. Pacers and GS gives a young player. GS should try to acquire Taylor Hendricks, or Cam Johnson. Two guy's I'd also like my Pacers to if had. Idk if anyone can afford Claxton too.. but they have some lowkey interesting big dudes. DaRon Sharpe and Clowney. I'd be trying to move Kuminga for Cam Johnson and another player if I'm Warriors too.

  2. Both are no brainers if the numbers are fair. But I think TJ can make more in FA honestly.
Jackson I love love as a second center. He should be easier to negotiate.

But neither should be done before the season. Maybe half way through the season for flexibility and more clarity.

  3. I feel like Indy will hold out til the last minute to extend IJax, with the signing of Wiseman the backup center spot to Myles will probably be as intense as the battle between Nembhard and Mathurin for the starting 2 guard spot unless everyone believes Mathurin is a 3.

  4. I wouldn't extend McConnell, but management said they want him to retire a Pacer, so maybe they can get him to agree to a discount, or they destroyed any leverage they might have. Fans love him too much to say stuff like wanting him to retire in Indy.

  5. I wouldn't. I'd let their contracts mature. Depending on their performance after next season and where we are in team success, we talk compensation moving forward.

  6. Id say no. This team can't lock itself into being the same exact team for the next 2 or 3 years. Mcconnells contract would also age like crap considering he's already had his peak of his career. And this season is when he would have the most trade value. If Pacers really want to get better I'd trade mcconnell for good assets and let Nehmbard run the bench as a floor general

  7. TJ literally willed up to at least a dozen wins this season like, on his own….theres no question he belong on this pacers teams, tbh he should be a pacer the rest of his career. He’s exactly what we need off the bench when Tyrese goes out of the game, he attacks, he’s tough, he defends and can create a shot for him or his teammates. He’s the consummate professional 100%

  8. I don't like letting useful players walk for nothing, and it seems FA always get over paid, so my bias is to sign them, or at least try to sign them. Unless you over pay you have trade chips and playable subs.
