I think Kawhi is too low. I know he’s had some bad injury years recently, but at his healthiest, he was extremely hard to stop, and his 2019 run was legendary.

I’d argue ahead of Wade and Garnett. Theres no real argument to put him ahead of anyone else from a neutral fans perspective, I think.
Garnett was great, but him being ahead of Durant and Jokic is insanity.
Tim Duncan should be Top 3. Personally I’d put him 2 because I’d only take LeBron and Jordan ahead of him to build a franchise from all the players I’ve seen. He is the ultimate “winning player”.

I think hes sitting in a good spot, but KG at 6 is crazy work. I get it, I get it, he won DPOY and was a considerably better defender than Dirk.
Despite that, in no universe would KG have ever taken us to the heights Dirk did. KG could get you 20/10 pretty consistently but he couldn’t take over a game and he damn sure wasn’t about to pop you for 40+. Dirk played 60 more games than KG, yet scored 5k more points.
Dirk was asked to be the focal point and to carry a team over and over. KG couldn’t do that; he needed Pierce and Allen to change his legacy.
Despite that, I think 10 is a good spot for Dirk. I just disagree with KG at 6.

Paul Pierce was the real #1 on Boston IMO, then you also had Ray Allen and Rajon.
Dirk was unequivically the best player on the Mavs (his entire career) and arguably the entire league on the 2011 run.
