The Bucks and Blazers got together late last offseason to make a deal that brought Damian Lillard to Milwaukee. Perhaps the two franchises could look to strike again nearly a year later with Simons. Portland already has its fingerprints on several of the Bucks’ first-round draft picks toward the end of the decade thanks to the Lillard deal, but Milwaukee does have a 2031 first-round pick available. It would likely take that and a package including Pat Connaughton and Bobby Portis for the Bucks to realistically acquire Simons based on their current salary-cap situation. If general manager Jon Horst could pull the deal off, it would add another lethal scorer alongside Giannis Antetokounmpo, Lillard and Khris Middleton while also injecting some needed youth into a franchise looking to keep up with the top teams in the East.

No thanks, he’s a fringe all star (rich man’s Jordan Clarkson) but he doesn’t fit our needs as a team. You can’t pair a non-defender next to Dame.

Don’t do it. I love Simons but he needs to go to a time with a some defensive guards to make up his complete lack of Defense. Orlando is so perfect for him if they didn’t have KCP
