I’ll tell you. He’d be in MVP conversation.

Probably be better than he was then. His talents really would shine even more in today’s game.

He’d be the best player in the league, just like before.

He’d be a mix of Steph and jokic. He’d be a less athletic but more savvy / driven Durant.

I was listening to an interview of Mike Krzyzewski on Dan Patrick today. He was saying that between his competitiveness and love of the game. No one really compared to him.

  6. He’d talk shit and hurt James’ feelings and double tech out of the league.

Larry had legendary stats where hand checking / rough no blood no foul are allowed and with today’s era of just outshooting your opponent with abysmal defense would win, 100% Bird would dominate even more

Bird is one of a few players that would dominate any era. This is one of the prime reasons, I think, even with a shortened career, he should be in the GOAT conversation.

It’s not hyperbole to say that he and Magic saved the NBA.

Honestly, with all the medical advances, I almost wish he was entering the league today just so we’d get to see him play 5 extra years.

Imagine Bird and KG on the same team…the trash talk while whooping everyone’s ass would be amazing

    Terrible, he would get dominated.

Some of the takes here are just delusional, I don’t care how tall he is or how well he can shoot, a 67 year old man would fair incredibly poorly in todays NBA
