Also at international level there is more of a "team" culture. You are representing a place besides yourself. You can see the likes of Joker, Luka and Giannis not jumping ship at the first sign of trouble. Wemby wants to play in Spurs uniform and that will remain the same unless he feels betrayed by the organization (that is not likely to happen).
