The local Utah sports radio thinks that the team is in a horrible situation because they are not fully tanking. Many outsiders think that Utah is doing a good job on the rebuild, but locally it’s the opposite.

I 100% disagree. They are not going to get a better offer for Lauri in the future, this offer would have secured them 2 top 15 picks in the draft (I don't believe in GS even with Lauri due to Steph's decline), and most importantly they missed on the chance to tank tank tank. Which is what you should do when one of the best draft classes ever comes up
