If he’s angling for a full max then there’s no reason to offer to him before we have to. Not like he can drive up the price via performance if that’s the case.
Why wouldnt he ask for it? Might have to go to RFA for him to get it though. So is he willing to wait for that? Or take the 30-35 that he’s worth right now. I would wait if I was him.
