Both of you said that the Jazz were not looking to pay Laurie but he paid and you guys said you called it. Both of you said there was a 60 percent chance he would get traded and he didn’t. How were you guys correct

Long time listener, I think you guys often raise valid points and concerns about the jazz.

You guys said not even a week ago that you believed it was 70/30 that Lauri would be traded is just lame. You didn’t “call it”. You said it was much more likely he would be traded.
You guys complaining about people saying you have “no sources” is presumably because you say things like this and then are incorrect. Just own it.
And “The jazz can’t develop players”thing you guys are trying to push is just ridiculous. In every iteration of the jazz for the past 20-30 years, the jazz have either drafted or traded for and developed multiple players into all star level players. Just stop it, that’s just factually untrue.
Our problem has always been that we’ve been too eager and willing to simply be “good” and not do the hard thing to truly win, which is to truly tank and try to get a true number one option player.

The Jazz did great the last two years in the draft. Keonte George is a better shooter than Pojemski. Taylor Hendricks is still a potential starter. Cody Williams is a top 5 value all star potential? Collier is potential starter.

Dudes, are you not aware the plan is to lose this year? They do not want to bring in another good player to help them win this year. They NEED to pick top 5 in the next draft which is DEEP with potential franchise type players. Playing time will be manipulated to LOSE while developing and learning what we got from last two draft years. Most fans are good with this plan. And where do you get off saying you were right about Laurie? Ainge wasn’t DEMANDING anything. If a trade wasn’t really in our favor we were thrilled to pay “Lori” 🤣 near MAX!
