Pro athletes are not eating only 500 calories per meal. It’s a different sport, albeit, but Michael Phelps was eating something like 10,000 calories a day during his peak to maintain his body. Ant’s probably eating at least 5,000 calories a day, making this a far cry from what he’s probably having per meal.
