As a Suns hater I was impressed by Booker and Durant, when you root against a team you tend to just see the bad, I thought Booker was just a trash talker, cheering for the USA I saw all of the USA players differently, Booker was very unselfish and underrated and Durant was Durant. I saw that Durant just likes basketball, I was mad at him for leaving the Warriors, I can almost see me self wanting Booker and Kevin to get a ring, just not at the expense of Curry.
Suns will be great if Beal come of the bench. Also the suns should try to sign those 2 players : Guerschon Yabusele and Aleksa Avramović.
Not really a fan, but I have to give Booker his flowers. He was amazing on defense, he seemed focused, intense, and had great cuts and shots, his presence was felt and he battled hard. Gotta see this in the NBA!
This Olympics unlocks everything booker should be. On ball full court press defensive guard , elite shot creator and spot up shooter. With Tyus Jones as PG I hope booker locks in on this
The battle tested USA players really showed they deserved to be champs rapper Powerman Mc said it would be a 10 or 12 point win he was right .
I can't stand Curry and the way he's been allowed to ruin the game of basketball by influencing every kid to want to shoot 3s from 5-20 feet beyond the line. He was horrible for all but 2 games. The USA should feel as pathetic as they looked by having to rely on Curry bailing them out in order to win against France. Watching the physicality and "team play" of the other countries proved just how much of a joke the NBA game is in comparison. The USA won this time, but there aren't any guarantees of wnning gold in the future. The NBA players are soft and they don't play the game the way it should.be played. I refuse to celebrate Curry and his lucky shooting today. Yes, he's a good shooter, but his shot selections sucks, and so does his defense. It's a shame the USA team needed him to get hot in order to win. It soured what should have been a sweet victory. At least for those of us who understand and appreciate the game.of basketball.
